Email Marketing & CRM Manager
Moneybookers is looking for an experienced database marketing specialist to join their team based in London. This role requires an experienced and creative marketing manager who can develop hard-hitting and effective direct marketing campaigns. You report to the Head of Marketing and will be working among the following areas:

Responsibility for all database marketing activities
Development and execution of email-based activation and reactivation campaigns
Quantitative evaluation of marketing databases used for customer segmentation, data mining, new business and reporting in collaboration with SQL specialists
Set up of a new newsletter tool tailored to Moneybookers’ needs
Newsletter copywriting and briefing of designers
Weekly reporting to Head of Marketing on clicks, conversions, and trends


Qualification:
Minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in online direct marketing
Strong experience of designing email campaigns
University degree
Strong analytical skills, IT knowledge is a plus, ability to work with SQL specialists
Proactive, self-starter, ability to work on own initiative and in team environment

IT Assistant
The Position:

The IT Assistant is based in London and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer. We are seeking an intelligent and resourceful candidate with at least 2 years experience in IT.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Position:

The Key Account Manager maintains the relationship to our key merchants and partners as well as account holders. Senior Business Development Manager eCommerce
You support the Head of Business Development & Sales and will be working among the following areas:

Responsibility for the overall eCommerce strategy including the partner management
Quantitative evaluation of business co-operations with medium and large scale PSP/software operators (e.g. ePages)
Responsibility for revenues and/or equivalent figures of assigned projects/partners
Elaboration of business cases, realisation of projects with the partners
Direct responsibility of merchant integrations and respective support efforts
Collaboration in terms of product initiatives (identifying of new products ideas, calculating business impact, overseeing of the development)
Development and elaboration of foundations for strategic board decisions
Direct responsibility for an own team in the mid term


Qualification:
4-6 years professional experience with at least 2-3 years in the eCommerce/ePayment industry
Strong business understanding of the European eCommerce market
Minimum degree: bachelor in business or similar, preferably master degree
MBA a plus
Experience in dealing with external partners
Analytical skills, IT knowledge is a plus
Strong communication skills & creativity

INFORMATION ABOUT FSA REGULATION The issue of electronic money is a 'regulated activity' under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the EU directive on electronic money. Moneybookers Ltd. is authorised by the FSA to issue electronic money as a specialised electronic money issuer subject to regulatory requirements and supervision.


Key features of the regulation by the FSA include:

Capital requirements & liquidity — Our business is required to maintain minimum levels of capital. There is an initial and continuous threshold of € 1 million own funds (approx £ 615, 000). We must also hold sufficiently liquid assets to be able to redeem all e-money issued and to meet our working capital requirements.
Float Management — There is a clear set of regulations on how we can invest the funds received in exchange for the issue of e-money; this is essentially limited to pre-defined low-risk and highly liquid forms of investment such as Zone A government bonds with short maturity.
Management & Vetting at Entry — Our management is scrutinised by the FSA and all individuals who perform key functions within our business need to be approved by the FSA as "fit and proper". Significant responsibilities such as finance and technical development and money laundering reporting must be apportioned between senior staff.
Systems & Controls — We must protect our businesses from technological risks such as unauthorised creation, transfer or redemption of e-money. Care must be taken to implement systems and policies to ensure compliance with the FSA's codes of practice. As a regulated company, any e-money issuer must comply with the FSA's principles for business which include observing proper standards of market conduct, arranging adequate customer complaint procedures and having in place adequate risk management systems.
Money Laundering — We need to comply with both the FSA Money Laundering Handbook and the Money Laundering Regulations 1993. A senior member of staff needs to be appointed and approved by the FSA to oversee appropriate policies and procedures.
Limitation on Business Activity — e-money issuing must be legally and operationally ‘ring-fenced’ from any other area of business risk, e.g. granting credit is disallowed.
